the Ministry of Finance has unveiled a series of ambitious structural reforms aimed at restoring fiscal discipline, increasing transparency, and reinforcing debt sustainability, as part of Ghana’s ongoing IMF-supported recovery programme.
Both Seth Tekper, the President’s economic advisor and Dr Cassiel Ato Forson, finance minister have publicly declared their readiness to work with diverse groups towards resetting the economy.
Among the lot is a Labour Consultant, Austin Gamey, who has praised Dr Ato Forson’s expertise and his suitability as Finance Minister-designate to tackle Ghana’s economic challenges.
