The Deputy Managing Director of the National Investment Bank PLC (NIB), Mr. Thomas Hughes Amissah, has commenced a strategic working visit to selected branches in the Accra-Tema Zone, reaffirming the bank’s commitment to frontline engagement and customer-centred service delivery.

As part of the tour, Mr. Amissah has so far visited the East Legon, Madina, Airport City, and Adenta branches, where he interacted with staff, listened to their concerns and suggestions, and shared management’s vision for operational excellence.

During the visits, he emphasised the importance of strong internal collaboration and encouraged staff to continue upholding NIB’s values of professionalism, integrity, and innovation.

He also assured branch teams of management’s continued support in addressing operational challenges and improving service delivery.

Mr. Amissah reiterated that the bank’s renewed focus on putting customers first requires collective effort and innovation at all levels.

The visit forms part of broader efforts to align staff performance with NIB’s transformation agenda and enhance customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
