The Acting Chief Executive of the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission (FWSC), Dr. George Smith-Graham, has paid a courtesy call on the Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Mr. Christian Tetteh Yohuno, at the National Police Headquarters in Accra.

The meeting focused on key issues relating to the salaries of police personnel and broader concerns surrounding salary administration across the public sector.

Both leaders exchanged views on improving compensation systems, ensuring equity in wage structures, and addressing challenges affecting public service workers.

The engagement forms part of ongoing efforts by the FWSC to strengthen collaboration with key stakeholders in the public sector and promote effective wage and salary management.
