Businesswoman and mining industry leader Angela List has reaffirmed her rightful position as a shareholder and director of BCM International, a leading mining services company operating across sub-Saharan Africa and Jordan.

Angela List has played a pivotal role in BCM International’s growth and success, shaping the company’s vision and strategy.

Her leadership and contributions were instrumental in the company’s expansion and its establishment as a dominant player in the mining sector from 2001 to 2020.

“I am proud to confirm my position as a shareholder and director of BCM International,” said Angela List. “I have always been committed to the company’s mission and values, which were shaped under my leadership. I am excited to continue working with our team to drive growth and innovation.”

A recent court ruling has unequivocally confirmed Angela List’s status as a shareholder and director, ending a long-standing dispute over the company’s leadership and ownership structure.

Supporting company documents further reinforces her rightful position, ensuring stability and certainty for BCM International as it moves forward.

As a respected and experienced business leader, Angela List—who also serves as CEO of Nguvu Mining and Adamus Resources—is well-positioned to guide BCM International toward sustained growth.

Under her leadership, the company expanded beyond West Africa into Central Asia and the Middle East.

With this renewed clarity, BCM International is poised to embark on its next phase of development and innovation, reaffirming its status as a leader in the mining and civil contracting industry.

Beyond her business acumen, Angela List is a dedicated philanthropist with significant contributions to social causes, particularly in education and women’s empowerment.

As CEO of Nguvu Mining and Adamus Resources, she has driven Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives that promote gender inclusivity and skills development.

Through Nguvu Mining’s Women in Mining Initiative, she has actively worked to empower women in the sector, fostering diversity and inclusion.

Additionally, her CSR efforts through Adamus Resources have supported education and vocational training programs.

With Angela List at the helm, BCM International is set to strengthen its operations and expand its influence, delivering exceptional value to its stakeholders and contributing to the broader mining industry’s growth.
